We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and hands-on Controller to lead the financial operations of a growing organization in the wire and cable distribution industry. This individual will oversee all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls while supporting the VP of Finance and guiding the accounting team. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to the continued growth and success of the organization. Controller Responsibilities: Support VP of Finance with reporting, compliance, and process improvements. Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reconciliations. Manage sales tax filings, AR collections, and commission calculations. Ove
